Beef with Thai curry paste:

What you will need: 500 gm beef pieces (boneless and cut lengthwise), 2 tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp paprika powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil (for frying), chopped onions, lemon wedges and raisins for garnishing.
How to do it: Take beef pieces in a bowl. Here make a marinade by mixing yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, paprika powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, and salt. Marinate the beef pieces thoroughly and leave for 2-3 hours. Heat oil in a pan. Thread the marinated beef pieces on shashlik sticks or skewers and fry on medium flame. Remove the beef pieces when they are browned completely. Garnish the beef finger kebabs and serve.
Beef with Satkara:
What you will need: One kg of beef, one cup of chopped onion, half a cup of soybean oil, two tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste, one teaspoon of turmeric, chili, coriander powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, one teaspoon of garam masala powder. Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf three pieces, whole garlic four, green chilies seven-eight, Satkara half, salt to taste.
How to do it: Heat soybean oil in a pan and fry onion until golden. Now grind it well with ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, chili, coriander powder, salt, little water. Now cook with the lid till the meat is cooked. Then stir and cook with cumin powder masala, cardamom cinnamon, cloves, and bay leaves.
Now wash the Satkara well, remove the middle shell, cut the shell, add a teaspoon of salt, and boil it in boiling water.
Add boiled Satkara, whole garlic, and green chilies to the cooked meat and cook uncovered for another ten minutes. Roast beef with Satkara is ready.
Green chili beef:
What you will need: One kg of beef, 250 grams of fried small red potatoes, three to four diced tomatoes, one cup of chopped onion, two tablespoons of chopped ginger and garlic, ten to twelve chili flakes, one tablespoon of chili paste, garam masala. Powder one teaspoon, tomato paste half a cup, coriander leaves half a cup, salt to taste, soybean oil one cup, green capsicum half a cup.
How to do it: Clean the beef, wash it, add salt, boil it, and fry it until brown. Heat half a cup of oil in another pan and fry chopped onion, ginger, and garlic cloves until brown. Now add chili paste, and garam masala powder and grind it a little with tomato pieces, and capsicum pieces and grind it well again. Stir-fried meat and fried potatoes and add tomato paste. Cover and cook for five minutes. When the broth becomes thick, add green chili slices and chopped coriander leaves and simmer for two minutes, this is how Green Chilli Beef is prepared.
What you will need: 2 beef patties, two tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste, one teaspoon of turmeric, chili, coriander powder, one cup of onion paste, one teaspoon of cumin powder, sugar, one teaspoon of tasting salt, one teaspoon of garam masala powder.
