Introduction:

Who does not want to reduce age? Although it seems unrealistic for so long, a group of women has reduced their age through scientific methods. A new study in the United States says that if the brain rests and adequate vitamin supplements are combined with proper diet, moderate sleep, and regular exercise, it is possible to slow down the aging process.

Six women aged 45 to 56 participated in an 8-week experimental study published in the Journal of Aging. Each is given a checklist with instructions for rest and taking various probiotics, and phytonutrient supplements, in addition to diet, sleep, and exercise. Later blood tests showed that five of the six had reduced biological age. One has been reduced by almost 11 years! And five reduced by an average of 4.6 years.

The participants had a chronological age of 58 at the start of the study. But their biological age was less. That is why during the research, everyone noticed the possibility of reducing various diseases in their body.

Difference between biological and chronological age:

Chronological age is the number of days a person has lived from birth to the present. On the other hand, the biological age of a person depends on the age of the cells in the body. Sometimes both ages can be the same for some people and for some there is a difference between the two.

According to the US National Institutes of Health, stress, depression, fatigue, dietary habits, and medications—all affect a person's biological age. It causes genetic changes in the body, which is one of the causes of biological aging of the body.

But new research has shown that it is possible to reverse aging in this process. Let's get to know the diet and rules published by the research.

What was included in the daily diet:

  • 2 cups of dark green leafy vegetables
  • 2 cups of green vegetables
  • 3 cups of colorful vegetables
  • 1/4 cup sweet pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • Liver or liver supplements (3 times a week)
  • Eggs (5-10 per week)

Foods that control cell lineage in the body were on the list. They are:

  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups green tea (steep in water for 10 minutes)
  • 2 cups oolong tea (a type of tea made in China, steeped in water for 10 minutes)
  • 1/2 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric

Along with the daily rules that had to be followed:

  • 2 probiotic capsules
  • 2 'Green Powder' supplements
  • 8 cups of water
  • 30 minutes of physical exercise
  • Breathing exercises 2 times a day
  • 7 hours of sleep
  • Fasting for 12 hours after the last meal of the day

'None of the women could follow all the rules perfectly, but that's not a problem. Roughly 82 percent of those who complied had a significantly reduced biological age.
